1. GENERAL
We limit the number of events per day in order to maintain a high standard of quality. There
may be instances where we cannot offer our services even if we have already provided you
with a quote. We book our events on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Whilst every effort is made by LetsGetQuizzical and its hosts to ensure a safe event. By
paying a deposit for your event you accept these terms.
2. FEE
In full consideration for all services rendered by LetsGetQuizzical, the Client agreed to pay
LetsGetQuizzical. a fee agreed in advance. The Client accepts the price when they pay the
Deposit.
3. DEPOSIT
The Client will pay LetsGetQuizzical. an amount as a deposit, which is usually half of the
Fee. It is only at this point that the Event is considered booked.
The Client will pay LetsGetQuizzical. the remainder of the Fee before the end of 14 days
after the Event date.
4. PERFORMER EXPENSES
Travel, materials and sound equipment are provided as part of the Fee unless specified
otherwise. There may be events beyond a certain distance from India that
require additional travel costs. All extra costs will be listed on a Quote.
5. CHANGES AND CANCELLATIONS
In the event of a family emergency or illness or other such instance that would prevent
LetsGetQuizzical from carrying out the Services the Deposit will be returned to the Client
promptly.
In the event that the Client needs to change the date of the Event, LetsGetQuizzical will
accommodate a revised date subject to availability and the Deposit will be valid for the new
date.
In the event of the Client needs to cancel the event more than six weeks before the Event
date, the deposit will be returned.
In the event of the Client needs to cancel the event less than six weeks before the Event
date, the Deposit is non-refundable.
6. FORCE MAJEURE
Neither the Client nor LetsGetQuizzical. will be held liable for any failure to perform its
obligations under an Agreement where such breach is due to any of the following: acts or
regulations of public authorities, labour difficulties or strikes, inclement weather, epidemic,
Covid-19, interruption or delay of transportation service, acts of God, or any other legitimate
cause beyond the reasonable control of LetsGetQuizzical. and the Client. In the case of Force
Majeure the Deposit will be returned to the Client or transferred to an alternative date at the
wishes of the Client.
7. SICKNESS AND ACCIDENTS
LetsGetQuizzical agrees to meet its obligations under an Agreement subject to legitimate
incapacity by sickness or accident.
8. INDEMNIFICATION
LetsGetQuizzical is responsible only for its own conduct. LetsGetQuizzical will be
compensated by the Client for any and all damage to equipment by its employees, agents
or guests. The Client indemnifies and holds LetsGetQuizzical harmless for any and all
property damage or personal injury that results from or is related to the Event that is not
directly caused by LetsGetQuizzical.
